Just a few months ago we published an article about Samsung’s Play Galaxy Link App, that enabled users to stream games from their PCs to smartphones. Turns out, Samsung decided to shut down the application this February.
Back on the 26th of February Samsung sent out notifications that that would be shutting down the service. First, they turned off all notifications, then on the first of March they ended image download function in auto game search. Later, on the 27th of the same March the entire service is scheduled to be turned off.
Looks like Samsung will prioritize their partnership with Microsoft instead of developing an in-house solution. This can be proven by the fact that just a month ago they announced their collaboration with Microsoft.
